Delivery Policy

Same-Day Delivery Available to all areas if order is submitted by 1:00 pm

Same-Day Delivery to Brookfield, Butler, Elm Grove, Wauwatosa and West Allis by 2:30pm

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We do not make deliveries on Sundays.  If an order is placed with a Sunday delivery date the arrangement(s) will not be delivered until the following day.

We make deliveries on Sundays if they are prearranged ahead of time. Deliveries requested on Sunday's will be delivered the following business day.

If recipient is not home at time of delivery an attempt will be made to leave package with a neighbor and a door will be tagged with this information.  When this is not possible the package may be left in a protected area and door noted.  We will be responsible for packages left in this manner but only for replacement of the package if damaged or stolen.  If you don't want your package left please let us know and we will redeliver the package the following day.  A second delivery charge may be necessary in this instance. Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
